Gel No More Pro 100 ml (3.3 oz)

Love Mini Mani Moo Gel No More works as described. Love the product. I will agree with others that while I like the new glass bottle, the brush becomes detached and falls inside. A design review and change would be welcomed.

The gel no more is a fabulous product. However the pro version brush always falls out of the top. The recent shipment i received it was out of one of the lids already. I wish there was a better solution for the brush on this bottle. I do love the length of it to get every last drop.

We love the product itself however the packaging design is terrible. We’ve been using this in our salon for years and have seen and experienced the challenges in packaging. They’ve changed from brown plastic squeeze bottles to glass jars. The brushes are not only too short, they are constantly falling out of the caps. We have to stop working clients, dig the brush out of the jar, or dump the product into a ramekin to keep working. We waste SO much product and time (aka money) because of these issues. I’ve reached out to the Mini Mani Moo team several times and have gotten zero response. We’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company in the 4 years since we opened our salon, even retailing gel no more to our clients at one time. (We stopped because we had complaints from customers that they couldn’t get all the product out of the jar due to the short brushes.) As a business owner, I’m disappointed in Mini Mani Moo’s blatant disregard for customer feedback and customer service and are actively working on a solution of our own to replace this product entirely.
