Gel No More Pro 100 ml (3.3 oz)

We love the product itself however the packaging design is terrible. We’ve been using this in our salon for years and have seen and experienced the challenges in packaging. They’ve changed from brown plastic squeeze bottles to glass jars. The brushes are not only too short, they are constantly falling out of the caps. We have to stop working clients, dig the brush out of the jar, or dump the product into a ramekin to keep working. We waste SO much product and time (aka money) because of these issues. I’ve reached out to the Mini Mani Moo team several times and have gotten zero response. We’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company in the 4 years since we opened our salon, even retailing gel no more to our clients at one time. (We stopped because we had complaints from customers that they couldn’t get all the product out of the jar due to the short brushes.) As a business owner, I’m disappointed in Mini Mani Moo’s blatant disregard for customer feedback and customer service and are actively working on a solution of our own to replace this product entirely.

It's okay. But customer service is terrible I didn't receive my pusher tool. I emailed but no reply. It's been more then 12 days. I notice the long brush keeps popping out from under my bottle cap. A lot of ppl complained about that

We love using Gel No More in our salon however, the packaging has recently changed and it’s a nightmare to use in the salon. The bottles no longer have a squeeze top to refill retail size, the brushes constantly fall out of the caps (we have to use nippers to grab the brush from inside), the brushes don’t reach the bottom of the jars so you can’t get product from the bottom, and because the jars are glass and so big, now you can’t hold them in your hand while working on your client. The Pro Refill does not seem to be developed by a pro. We miss the plastic squeeze refill size and are looking for a comprable alternative or manufacturing our own.
